New Delhi: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday filed his nomination in Gorakhpur. CM Yogi Adityanath is the candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party from Gorakhpur Sadar assembly seat. Before the nomination, CM Yogi performed Rudrabhishek and Havan of Lord Shankar by offering prayers at the Shakti temple located at Gorakhnath temple. At the same time, in the affidavit filed during the nomination, he has also given the details of his assets.
CM Yogi is the owner of so many crores
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said during the nomination that he has total assets of Rs 1 crore 54 lakh 94 thousand 54. 1 lakh in this is cash. There are 11 accounts in different banks at 6 places in Lucknow and Gorakhpur. More than 1 crore 13 lakh 75 thousand rupees are deposited in these accounts. CM Yogi does not have land or house. But he has Rs 37.57 lakh through national savings schemes and insurance policies.
CM Yogi has two weapons
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also keeps weapons with him. He has a revolver worth Rs 1 lakh and a rifle worth Rs 80 thousand. He has gold coils worth 49 thousand rupees. Their weight is 20 grams. Also, he wears Rudraksh garland in a gold chain, which costs 20 thousand rupees. The weight of this chain is 10 grams.
It is worth noting that CM Yogi is contesting the assembly elections for the first time. In such a situation, this election is historic in itself. Apart from this, there is one more thing that has been recorded in history. In fact, the country's Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, State President Swatantradev Singh are also present during the nomination.
