Delhi: Campaigning for the candidates in the assembly elections is now gaining momentum. Next week the leaders of political parties will enter the fray to show their attitude. The programs of Home Minister Amit Shah, former CM and SP President Akhilesh Yadav, BSP National Vice President Satish Chandra Mishra, Congress's PL Pooni, Kanhaiya Kumar and Imran Pratagarhi are being considered fixed. The highest demand in Congress is of state in-charge Priyanka Gandhi. Congressmen have also asked for Priyanka's program.

The Bharatiya Janata Party has sought programs of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, MP Rajveer Singh alias Raju, Minister Brajesh Pathak and former state president Laxmikant Bajpai. PM Narendra Modi's program has been organised in the adjacent district of Kannauj. In such a situation, it is believed that the program of Home Minister Amit Shah will be held in Etawah. The dates for the arrival of other leaders will also be decided in the next two days. Election coordinator Pramod Sharma said that soon the programs of star campaigners will come.

The Samajwadi Party first launched its star campaigner, National General Secretary, MP Prof. Ramgopal. In the coming week, the program of SP supremo Akhilesh Yadav can also be decided in any one of the three assembly constituencies of the district. SP district president Gopal Yadav said that Etawah is his home district. In view of the demand of the people here, the program of former CM Akhilesh Yadav has been sought.

National spokesperson Seema Samridhi Kushwaha's program of Bahujan Samajwadi Party arrived on Friday. National Vice President Satish Chandra Mishra has the highest demand in BSP. His program has been requested. BSP District President Balbir Singh Jatav said that by Sunday the programs of all the star campaigners would come.
Congress
Priyanka Gandhi has the highest demand in Congress. Apart from this, programs of Kanhaiya Kumar, Imran Pratapgarhi have also been sought. Congress District President Malkhan Singh Yadav said that programs of some more star campaigners will come in a day or two.
