AAP Uttarakhand CM Face: On behalf of the Aam Aadmi Party, CM Face in Uttarakhand Ajay Kothiyal has resigned from the party.
Uttarakhand: A few months ago, on behalf of the Aam Aadmi Party, CM Face Ajay Kothiyal in Uttarakhand resigned from the party. Col Ajay Kothiyal informed about his resignation by tweeting.
Sharing his resignation on Twitter, he wrote, 'Keeping in mind the sentiments of ex-servicemen, ex-paramilitary, elderly, women, youth and intellectuals, I am resigning from the membership of Aam Aadmi Party.'
Kothiyal was the CM face
Before the assembly elections, Colonel Ajay Kothiyal had joined the Aam Aadmi Party on 20 April 2021. He was declared CM face of Aam Aadmi Party
Vidhan Sabha elections were lost from Gangotri
At the beginning of the year, Ajay Kothiyal had contested from the Gangotri Vidhan Sabha seat of Uttarkashi district. Colonel Kothiyal could not even save his deposit in this election. He got only 6,161 votes.
