BJP gears up for civic elections,a round of meetings going in state offices, many big leaders active

BJP has set a big victory target this time in the civic elections. In-charge and convener have been appointed as per the election strategy. More people have been given responsibilities in election management.

New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has started strategizing for the civic polls. For this, BJP state president Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary and state general secretary organization Dharampal Singh along with leaders with different responsibilities will brainstorm on election preparations. During this, both the Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak will also be present. The party has prepared a plan to capture all 17 municipal corporations, 200 municipalities, and major Nagar panchayats.

Many ministers of the Yogi government have been appointed in charge and convener for the civic elections, important responsibility will be given to the area-wise meetings regarding the municipalities.

For this, the ministers of the government and the office bearers of the organization have been given responsibility. Keshav Prasad, the veteran leader and Deputy Chief Minister of the government, has got the responsibility for Prime Minister Modi's parliamentary constituency Kashi. State General Secretary Ashwani Tyagi has been appointed as the in-charge with him. In Meerut, BJP Vice President Pankaj Singh and Minister KP Malik, in Aligarh, BJP has made Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh in charge.


The responsibility given to many ministers of the Yogi government

Rajesh Chaudhary, MLA from Mathura's Mant, has been made co-in-charge. Apart from this, for the first time in Shajahanpur, the reputation of Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna, PWD Minister Jitin Prasad and Cooperation Minister JPS Rathore will be at stake in Municipal Corporation for the first time. Similarly in other places, the party has given the responsibility to the ministers. Apart from this, Minority Minister Danish Azad, who is among the new faces, has been given the command of Saharanpur, while Social Welfare Minister Aseem Arun has been given the command of Saharanpur.

The BJP has set a target of a big victory this time in the civic polls. In-charge and convener have been appointed as per the election strategy. More people have been given responsibilities in election management. According to the information received from the party, meetings of civic body election in-charges, convenors, district heads, district in-charges and other office bearers related to election preparations will be held on Saturday.


This process started at 11 o'clock and will continue till late in the evening. In the morning there will be area-wise meetings regarding municipalities. The upcoming roadmap for civic elections will be discussed in these meetings. Along with this, there will be brainstorming on other election issues including candidate selection, booth management, election rally, etc. After the end of the series of meetings, soon the State President and the General Secretary will also start the migration of the organization bodies.
