CM Yogi's boom from field to the mountain, 16 public meetings in 5 days for Himachal elections

The demand of CM Yogi Adityanath was so much in Himachal that he held a rally even on the day of Dev Deepawali. CM Yogi went to Himachal Pradesh for 5 days from November 2 to November 10 and held rallies.

New Delhi: In the assembly elections of UP, the popularity of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, popularly known as Bulldozer Baba, is now being seen in the mountains apart from the field. That is why he has been put on the front to change the custom in Himachal elections. Yogi has tried to change the stand in favour of the BJP by holding 16 public meetings in five days. The noise of campaigning for the Himachal Pradesh assembly elections has ended. Voting for 68 assembly seats is to be held on November 12.


In this election, BJP has made up its mind to write a new script. To change the custom here, UP Chief Minister Yogi put up a front. According to the Chief Minister's Office, his rally was held in 16 Vidhan Sabhas of 8 districts in 5 days. Yogi Adityanath held a rally in Mandi district, 3 in Kangra, two each in Kullu, Solan, Una and one each in Hamirpur, Shimla, Bilaspur districts.


CM Yogi held 16 rallies in 5 days

Despite all his busyness in Himachal Pradesh, which has only 12 districts and 68 assembly constituencies, UP CM Yogi Adityanath's address to 16 election meetings in eight districts in five days is also proof of his popularity. Yogi Adityanath's demand was so much in Himachal that he held a rally even on the day of Dev Deepawali. Yogi's rally was held for two consecutive days. On 7 November, he addressed a public meeting in Haroli, Darang and Doon assembly constituencies. From there he returned to Lucknow in the evening and again the next day on November 8, reaching Palampur, Ani and Theog, seeking votes in favor of BJP candidates. From November 2 to November 10, he reached Himachal Pradesh for 5 days.

Popularity from plain to mountains


Yogi is the chief minister of the country's largest state in terms of population. The population here is about 25 crores. This is equal to the population of many large countries of the world. In this regard, they have their own preoccupations. This is the reason that in the Himachal elections, he initially gave one day's time, but the demand of the candidates was so much that he had to give a total of 5 days. In a way, he churned Himachal. He held election meetings in every district except Kinnaur, Chamba, Lahaul Spiti and Sirmaur.
