New Delhi: Announcing the dates, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Rajiv Kumar said that the Gujarat Legislative Assembly elections will be held in two phases, on December 1, voting will be held for the first phase, while for the second phase, the state will vote on December 5.


The Election Commission has made a big announcement. According to the commission, in this time's Gujarat elections, if any voter complains, a reply will be given in 100 minutes. Voters can make complaints on the C-Vigil app.


According to the voter list of Gujarat, a total of 4,90,89,765 voters are registered in the state. Of the total voters, 2,53,36,610 male and 2,37,51,738 female voters are registered. A total of 11,62,528 new voters have been registered. While it includes 1417 transgender voters.


The Election Commission said that a total of 4.91 crore voters, 4.6 lakh will cast their vote for the first time, a total of 51782 polling stations, 142 model polling stations have been arranged in the state.
