On Saturday, 9 people died and more than 15 people were injured when a boiler exploded in a chemical factory in Hapur's Dhaulana police station area. Inspector-General of Police of Meerut Zone Praveen Kumar said that 12 people have died in the accident. He said that the relief work has been expedited and the injured had been sent to the hospital. CM Yogi has expressed grief over the accident.


The roofs of many factories were blown off

According to eyewitnesses, the explosion was so strong that the roofs of several nearby factories were blown off. Police administration and fire department reached the spot and started relief work and rescued many people from there. According to the police, the boiler exploded in Krishna Organic Company behind the CNG pump in UPSIDC (Industrial Area) of Dhaulana police station area of ​​Hapur on Saturday, causing a fire there.


12 people had painful death

Police said that 12 people died in the accident while more than 15 people were injured. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed grief over the incident on Twitter and expressed condolences to the bereaved families, wishing peace to the departed souls. Yogi has directed the officials of the district administration to reach the spot and conduct rescue work and extend all possible help to the family members. Hapur Superintendent of Police Deepak Bhukar said that relief work has been expedited. The injured have been sent to the hospital.
