Harish Salve from Shinde faction and Abhishek Manu Singhvi from Shiv Sena will fight this case. Harish Salve is one of the senior lawyers of India, in the year 2019, he fought the case of Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav caught by Pakistan in the International Court. And in this case Pakistan was given a crushing defeat. On the other hand, Abhishek Manu Singhvi is a senior Congress leader and is a senior advocate of the Supreme Court. He has also been the Additional Solicitor General of India. Devdutt Kamat on behalf of the Maharashtra government and Advocate Ravi Shankar Jandhyala will fight the case on behalf of the deputy speaker. Two petitions have been filed on behalf of the MLAs.
