Chandigarh: Parents of late singer Sidhu Moosewala met Union Home Minister Amit Shah at Chandigarh airport on Saturday. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) sources gave this information. Sidhu Musewala was brutally murdered on 29 May.


CBI investigation requested

It is being told that in this meeting, Balkar Singh, the father of Moosewala, urged the CBI to investigate the brutal murder of his son. The whole of Punjab was shaken by the murder of Sidhu Musewala on 29 May in the Mansa district of Punjab. Bullets were rained down

The assailants in two cars opened fire on Sidhu Moosewala. Many people also demonstrated near the house of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal regarding this matter. Some people are also raising questions about the security arrangements of the Punjab government. According to the Punjab Police, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi is behind this murder.


Shah's Chandigarh visit
