This time the consumers of the state will not have to face power cuts on the occasion of Holi. The state government has announced a cut-free uninterrupted power supply from March 7 to 9. According to the intention of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, on behalf of UPPCL, on the occasion of Holi, instructions have been given regarding cut-free power supply in the entire state from 6 pm on March 7 to 7 am on March 9.


The Chairman of UPPCL said

UPPCL Chairman M Devaraj said that clear instructions have been given to the officers of all DISCOMs to ensure uninterrupted power supply to all in the state during this period. He informed that all the Managing Directors have been directed to ensure that all necessary action is taken to ensure cut-free uninterrupted power supply in their discom It has also been directed that immediate action should be taken on the supply-related information received on the 1912 toll-free number. The Speaker has said that on the occasion of the important festival of Holi, there should not be any laxity in the issue of smooth power supply. All the distribution officers should discharge their respective responsibilities.
