UP beats Corona again! 50% cases reduced in 15 days, CM Yogi said - pay attention to vaccination

In UP, there has been a reduction in 50 percent corona patients in 15 days on Wednesday. Earlier, as of January 17, there were more than one lakh active cases. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, in a meeting with the officials of Team-9, directed that the Covid rules should be strictly followed. There are 41795 active cases in the state. It is clear from this that a very small number of people are in need of hospital. This infection is like a viral fever. So there is no need to be afraid of this, but all precautions must be taken.


He said that under the leadership of the Prime Minister, UP has achieved the target of 100% vaccination. All the health workers, members of the monitoring committee, officials of the district administration and all those who voluntarily got themselves vaccinated deserve congratulations. So far, protection cover of more than 26 crore 32 lakh Covid vaccines has been provided to the citizens in the state. Now the time has also come to give the second dose of vaccine to the adolescent section, accordingly the vaccination campaign is expected to accelerate.


Precaution is necessary in Kashi on Shivratri

He said that Shivratri people in Varanasi will reach with enthusiasm to have darshan of Baba Vishwanath. Keeping in view the precaution related to Covid, lakhs of devotees will reach Varanasi. In such a situation, the district administration should take full care of everyone's security and facilities. The district administration should complete all the preparations for Mahashivratri in time. He said that the CM helpline should communicate with the relatives of Covid positive people under treatment in the hospital at regular intervals. Communicating with the people taking health benefits in home isolation, they should be provided with medical advice, medicines etc.
