Earlier this news came out that the construction of the Ram temple being built in Ayodhya is likely to be completed three months before the scheduled time. An official of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust gave this information on Friday.

He had said that the construction of the grand Ram temple is likely to be completed before the deadline. So now instead of December 2023, we have set a deadline of September 2023 to complete it.

The first phase of the temple is 75 percent complete.

Gupta said, the sanctum sanctorum of Lord Ram's temple will be octagonal and the temple now seems to be taking shape. About 75 percent work of the first phase of the temple has been completed.

Now only 167 pillars are left to be installed in the temple. Trust member Dr. Anil Mishra said, the construction work of the temple is going on ahead of schedule. Soon the work of installing the beam of the sanctum sanctorum will start. Champat Rai, secretary of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, told that in early January this year that the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya is in progress and the construction of the original sanctum sanctorum is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
