New Delhi: The videography and survey work of Gyanvapi Masjid complex located in Varanasi UP is starting from today. The police in entire Varanasi is on alert regarding this. At the same time, a large number of police forces have been deployed around the premises. After the order of the Civil Court, videography of the Gyanvapi Masjid complex adjacent to the Kashi Vishwanath temple is being done.
The survey of the cellars of the mosque will be done after sunset from 3 pm on May 6. Which is estimated to take three to four days. At the same time, its report is to be submitted on May 10. There will also be videography and photography during the survey. Even before this survey, the Muslim side has objected and said that no one will be allowed to enter the mosque for videography and survey.
Petition filed by five women: In such a situation, the investigating officers have demanded protection during the survey. It is worth mentioning that five women Rekha Pathak, Sita Sahu, Lakshmi Devi and Manju Vyas and Rakhi Singh had filed a petition in the court to offer prayers daily at the Shringar Gauri temple. Actually, this temple is present in the Gyanvapi mosque complex. Therefore, the permission of the court has to be taken to worship in it.
On this petition, on April 26, the Varanasi Civil Court appointed a commission in its order and this commission has been ordered for videography of Shringar Gauri in the presence of both the parties on May 6 and 7. Its report will have to be filed in court by May 10.
On the other hand, the Hindu side claims about the Gyanvapi mosque that the mosque has been built by breaking the temple. Therefore they should get the right to worship in Shringar Gauri Mandir. Whereas the survey will start on Friday, in view of the Friday prayers, three levels of security have been deployed in the mosque. At the same time, the police has been put on alert in the entire Varanasi city.
