The Aam Aadmi Party is accused of political propaganda under the garb of government advertisements. In the notice, AAP has been given ten days to deposit the money. It says that if you don't deposit the money, legal action will be taken against it. If AAP does not pay the money then the party's property can be attached.

Manoj Tiwari hit back at AAP

BJP has also retaliated to Manish Sisodia's reply in the advertisement controversy. BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said that at one time Delhi was looted by Nadirshah. The Aam Aadmi Party is now looting Delhi. Today, when it came to returning 163 crores, these people got upset. Manish Sisodia is saying that this notice has been sent by creating pressure on the officials. This is the introduction of anarchy. Tiwari said that AAP has brightened the face of his party, it has nothing to do with the government or the schemes of the government. This cannot be forgiven by the hysteria of Kejriwal and Sisodia.

"AAP's account should be seized for recovery"

Manoj Tiwari further said that when the public will come to know about this recovery, they will say that this order has come from the court. Kejriwal government has gone to court twice to stop this. From where they got disappointed. Manoj Tiwari said that AAP's account should be sealed for recovery and the accounts of those AAP MLAs whose faces have been featured in this advertisement should be sealed. The properties of your MLAs should be sealed. The BJP MP said that the people of Delhi want Kejriwal to clarify the position on this.

"Will the BJP extort money from its Chief Ministers as well?"

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on recovery notice of Rs 163 crore to Aam Aadmi Party, said BJP is misusing officials to target the Delhi government and its ministers. Sisodia asked whether the BJP would also recover money from its chief ministers whose advertisements were published in Delhi. Stop misusing officers to target the Chief Minister of Delhi and let us work, he said. Sisodia said that we have sought the details of the advertisement from the secretary of the party to see what is illegal in it.
