In Delhi, three patients died due to corona infection in the last 24 hours. On Thursday, the Health Department said that 326 new corona infections have been found in the last one day. While the number of new patients also increased in the last one day. Meanwhile, 388 patients were discharged. According to the Health Department, there is a steady decline in corona infection in Delhi. The daily infection rate was recorded at 0.77 percent in the last one day. During this 42542 samples were tested.
134 patients admitted in hospitals
The total corona cases in the capital have increased to 18,60,887, in which 18,33,169 patients have been cured but 26130 patients have died so far. 1588 patients are still under treatment in Delhi, out of which 1171 patients are being treated at their homes. At the same time, 43 out of 134 patients admitted in hospitals have been kept in ICU and 11 patients on ventilator support.
Target to give second dose to three lakh adolescents by the end of this month
The Health Department also informed that so far 1.37 crore adult population in the capital has completed the vaccination of corona. Still about 30 lakh people are yet to get the second dose. The department says that by the end of this month, three lakh adolescents will complete the vaccination by taking the second dose.
