New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Rajasthan's first and India's 15th Vande Bharat Express through video conferencing from Delhi today. Along with the inauguration, the Railways also released the fare list of Vande Bharat Express.
In complete details of the fare list from Ajmer to Delhi have been given. Vande Bharat Express will start for passengers on the 13th of April.
The railway official said that train number 20977 of Vande Bharat Express has been given to Vande Bharat while going from Ajmer to Delhi. By Wednesday afternoon, the process of online booking was started at the reservation centre.
Passengers travelling from Alwar towards Delhi can book train number 20977 by visiting the reservation centre. The number of trains going from Delhi to Ajmer has been given as 20978.
Talking about the fare of Vande Bharat, the fare of a normal chair car from Ajmer to Alwar will be Rs 875, while the fare of an economy chair car will be Rs 1640. Jaipur to Alwar general chair car fare will be Rs 645, while the economy class fare will be Rs 1175.
