IRCTC Train: AC Tourist Train Divya Kashi Yatra will run from Delhi to Banaras


IRCTC Divya Kashi Yatra Train: IRCTC is going to run 'Divya Kashi Yatra' train between Delhi and Varanasi. This train going to start from March 22 will be full AC. It will have first and second class coaches, which will have a total of 156 seats. According to IRCTC, there will be a travel package of four nights and five days for the passengers of Divya Kashi Yatra train. After the inauguration of Kashi Vishwanath Corridor in Varanasi, IRCTC has decided to run this special pilgrimage train in view of the increasing trend towards tourism in this city. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced to run a special train on Friday.


For the convenience of tourists, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will operate the 'Divya Kashi Yatra' train between Delhi and Varanasi. Starting from March 22, there will be a total of 156 seats in the first and second air-conditioned classes of this train. There will be a travel package of four nights and five days for the passengers. Passengers will get all the facilities in the Divya Kashi Yatra train, so that travelling from Delhi to Varanasi and staying there will be a great experience for them.


Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday announced the running of a special train from Delhi for Divya Kashi Yatra on the occasion of the inauguration of the new circuit house in Somnath, Gujarat. IRCTC PRO said that in view of the increasing number of tourists, the decision has been taken to start operating the train.


The train will have first and second class AC coaches, which will have a total of 156 seats. IRCTC will provide travel packages of four nights and five days for the passengers, which include food, accommodation and tours to various major destinations of Varanasi.


Apart from staying, eating in this train, there will also be facilities to visit the tourist places of Varanasi. IRCTC has given information on the official website about which category of package will cost how much rupees. In this train, one person of AC first class will cost Rs 27800, while two people will have to spend Rs 24050. Similarly, in the second AC, where a person will have to pay Rs 21780, the total fare for two persons has been fixed at Rs 19280.


The 'Divya Kashi Yatra' train will operate from Delhi to Kashi from March 22. According to the PRO of IRCTC, this special train is being run in view of the increasing demand of tourists in Varanasi. After the inauguration of Kashi Vishwanath Corridor in Varanasi, IRCTC has decided to run this train in view of the interest of tourists to go here.



To make the trip to Banaras, known as the oldest city in the world memorable, IRCTC has decided to take the passengers of Divya Kashi Yatra train to all the important places of this city. Passengers going by this train will visit Banaras and its surrounding cities and important places. Sarnath, Kashi Ghat, Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, Durga Temple, Bharat Mata Temple can be visited in these places. Along with this, they will also be able to see the aarti to be held at Ganga Ghat and the light and sound show in Sarnath. (with language input)
