Pakistan finally succumbed to India's pressure, Kulbhushan Jadhav got the right to appeal.

Kulbhushan Jadhav, lodged in Pakistan's jail, has been accused by the neighboring country of many false allegations, even though he was not given the right to appeal. But now the Pakistani Parliament has approved the bill related to the right of appeal.

Islamabad: India has got a big success in the Kulbhushan Jadhav case. Pakistan has given Jadhav the right of appeal by passing a bill in its parliament. According to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), now Pakistan has been compelled to give the right of appeal to Jadhav.


Bill approved in Parliament

The neighboring country has made many false allegations against Kulbhushan Jadhav in Pakistan's jail, even though he was not given the right to appeal. According to media reports, now the Pakistani Parliament has approved the bill related to the right of appeal. Pakistan has been alleging that it had arrested Jadhav from Balochistan and that he is an Indian spy.


The 'International Court of Justice (Review and Reconsideration) Bill 2020' has been approved in the Parliament. This bill will give Jadhav the right to appeal against his conviction in the High Court. After it becomes law, Kulbhushan Jadhav will get the right to appeal against the death sentence in high courts like ICJ.
