There have been allegations against Satyendra Jain that he is taking advantage of VIP facilities in an unfair manner in connivance with the jail authorities. According to sources, now the Union Home Ministry has sought a report from the Chief Secretary of the Delhi Government on this matter.
There are serious allegations against Satyendra Jain
Actually, Minister Satyendra Jain, lodged in Tihar Jail, is accused of taking VIP treatment inside the jail. The Enforcement Directorate had recently also handed over the CCTV footage in this case to the court. In this footage, Satyendra Jain is seen getting a massage inside the jail. Apart from this, there is also an allegation of taking advantage of many more facilities in connivance with the jail authorities.
Satyendra is in jail in a money laundering case
According to sources, a report of this entire matter was also submitted by the ED to the Union Home Ministry. After this, a report has been sought from the Chief Secretary of Delhi on this matter. If the allegations against Satyendra Jain are found to be true, then his problems may increase further. Significantly, Aam Aadmi Party leader Satyendar Jain is an accused in the money laundering case and was arrested in May this year, since then he is in jail.
Sukesh Chandrashekhar has also made serious allegations
Significantly, jailed thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar has written a letter to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi alleging that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Satyendar Jain had extorted Rs 10 crore in 2019 to ensure his security in jail. After this allegation by Chandrashekhar, the war of words between AAP and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) intensified on Tuesday.
