QUAD countries bluntly from Delhi to China

While Foreign Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar said that 'Quad is working in 2023 because I think we have good leadership with a lot of strategic clarity and good understanding. He said that we agreed on the Counter-Terrorism Working Group. We have also agreed to collaborate more closely with the Indian Ocean Dream Association.
