Got permission to keep these things in custody

SC refused to hear the bail application

However, the Supreme Court refused to hear the petition. Sisodia was then produced in court on March 4, when judge MK Nagpal sent him to CBI custody for two more days. Then the CBI sought his custody from the court for three days.
Significantly, the CBI arrested Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia on February 26 for not cooperating in the investigation of the Delhi Excise Policy case and evading the questions of the investigators.
